Mad Jack Cafe, White Sands, Pasir Ris, Singapore

I was brought to this place call Mad Jack Cafe for lunch while we were in White Sands. According to my sis, this place is like an affordable place to eat Western food in Singapore. They are Halal certified too. Something like Kaki Corner or Milwaukee in Malaysia?

I ordered a Grilled Rib-Eye in Brown Sauce (SGD $13.90). What I meant affordable is to those that is earning Singaporean dollar and not us Malaysian that is surviving on measly Malaysian salary :P But Mad Jack Cafe uses good imported beef from Australia or New Zealand, so the price is justifiable.

The rib-eye is quite tender but the texture lack the strip burning of a charbroiled grill. Oh, well it didn't state that it is charbroiled grill in the menu.

My sis' lamb chop.

P.S. Sorry for the low quality picture. My old Canon Powershot A470 is out of commission, so I'll have to rely on my phone camera. No worries, I already bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-F2 from Get IT Expo in Singpore Expo on Sunday. 2 o 3 more posts and you'll see nicer quality picture :p
