I Wanna Be a Project Alpha TV Star!

OMG. Even before Project Alpha Season 2 officially starts, there's already plan on doing Project Alpha Season 3. How I know that? Well, from the sub-page of the Project Alpha website, there's one Audition page.

What's this audition page is about? Well, if you are a blogger and you want to be featured as a guest blogger in Season 3 then this is your chance. Imagine, you'll get to mingle with top bloggers that are featured in Season 3. I'm not sure whom are the featured bloggers yet for Season 3. It might be Xia Xue for all you know and you'll might get a chance to appeared on Project Alpha Season 3 with her.

So, what you have to do know is make an audition video of yourself. However creative you want. Use you imagination, crunch your creative juice. I sucks at making video, so I don't plan to enter, which means, you'll have one less competition.

Which means, you'll have to be a Ruumz member first. Don't worry, registration is free. No Sweat!

Malaysia is summer all year round. During a sunny day, even if I am just wearing a T-shirt, I'll starts to swear like a pig. After that, you won't want to come near me because I'll be very strong odour, especially the odour coming from my armpit.

So, to overcome this problem. I'll be using deodorant to keep my armpits from sweating and thus keeping "them" smelling good all the time when I go out. Of all the deodorant out there, I found that Adidas Action 3 deodorant works best for me.

I was introduced to Adidas deodorant by my cousin Elaine from Hong Kong. I was visiting my aunt in Hong Kong in the year 2006 and I guess they found out that I have a BO problem. Hence, Elaine gave me a few deodorants, and one of it is Adidas. Since then I never switch to another brand of deodorant.

I'm currently using Adidas Action 3 Sensitive deodorant.

I like it so much that started to buy Adidas Action 3 deodorant when I came back to Malaysia. Thanks to Project Alpha Season 1, I won like about a two year supplies of Adidas Action 3 deodorant. With all the deodorant I can use, I can now eat chili pan mee in Kin Kin or Super Kitchen Restaurant without any bad odour from my body. Really No Sweat!

My Favourite Surfing Spot

Where do I like to surf the Internet? Well, mostly I surf the Internet from my office :p because I have to work with a PC for 12 hours a day on my working day. If I'm not working, then my favourite surfing spot is in my room.

Actually, I don't like to surf in my room because there's no proper desk and seat for me to put the laptop and to sit properly. I have to put my laptop on the bed side cabinet and sit on my bed. Once I surf for too long then my legs will turned numb and it's not very ergonomic too. Then why I still surf in my room? There's two reasons.

First, my room got air-con and the living room don't have. If it's a bloody humid weather I'll most probably blast my air-con in full and surf the web there. Second, is of course privacy, I don't want my cousin starts looking to my screen when I surfing some "Private & Confidential" stuff.

Too bad, P1 is not available yet in my housing area. I read that the speed can go up to 10 MBPS with P1 WIGGY. If not I can get one and then I can serve anywhere near the proximity. Maybe then I can go to the nearby kopitiam and serve the web while drinking my favourite iced Teh 'C'. So, my favourite surfing spot is still in my room even with the lack of facility.

I Just Love Good Smelling People

Who doesn't love good smelling people? Unless you have a nose problem and can't smell well then good or bad smell will not be a problem for you eh. I just love good smelling people. Especially people that got off the shower and used fruity shower gel like strawberry, I just felt like biting into them :p

If you like other people to smell good, then you yourself must also smell nice if not great. To be honest, I have my own BO problem because I get sweaty very fast on my armpit and you won't like to be near me when it happens. So, deodorant became my best friend.

I've been using different brands of deodorant and none of them seems to be the right one that I wanted. Some with make my armpit itchy like hell, some don't have doesn't last long at all and some even stained my shirt. Until 4 years ago when I went to Hong Kong, my HK cousin Elaine gave me an Adidas deodorant.

I tell you, it works like wonder. One or two spray on each of my armpit and it can last me for like 12 hours. It doesn't make my armpit itchy at all and best of all, it won't stain my shirt. So, I came back to Malaysia searching high and low for Adidas deodorant but to no avail. Until, a year passed, then I saw Adidas Action 3 deodorant in Watson. I of course but it without thinking twice.

Best Bits of Project Alpha Season 1

Project Alpha Season 2 will be kicking off soon in 19th April 2010. I followed Project Alpha Season 1 religiously every week waiting for new episodes to be uploaded. That time Project Alpha don't even have their official site yet, the videos were loaded in the sub-site in Nuffnang Malaysia website. Before that let me write about what bits and pieces of what I think is the best from Project Alpha Season 1.

Project Alpha is hosted (and co-produced too, if not mistaken) by the beautiful and talented Jojo Struys. She's very friendly in person, so don't be shy shy if you bump into her. ;)

First off, I love the FourFeetNine Episode 3 where Audrey went to workout in the gym, in which she's much prefers walking for hours in the shopping mall rather than running 5 minutes on the treadmill. It's funny to see how she struggle on the treadmill lol. In case you don't know her bf Timothy jogs everyday but recently I'm not too sure :p

Second is because one of the featured blogger is my taukeh soh (Nicole Kiss) during Project Trafford. Her episodes came up after Audrey's. She talked about her life as a traveling blogger and of course show the pictures and video that she's taken during her traveling. In episode 7, you can see her playing with an orang-utan.



Coincidentally, in Project Alpha Season 2 there will also be scenes withe the featured bloggers with animals in Lost World of Tambun. It's especially funny to see Cheesie's holey tights being nom by a goat. Can't wait to see the Project Alpha version of this scene.

Third is to find out interesting bloggers that I've haven't known before I watch Project Alpha Season 1 such as Beautiful Nara and Budiey. I was later able to meet both of them in person in different ocasions lol. I think most of it is in Nuffnang's event.

There's just too much to write about Project Alpha Season 1. There's like about 50 episodes all together. So, if you want to warm up before Project Alpha Season 2 begins, go now and watch all the episodes here.

Last but not least, my favourite bits of Project Alpha Season 1 is of course the weekly blogging contest that's giving nice prizes such as Adidas deodorant, facial care, Sunway Lagoon passess and much much more. My History With Adidas Deodorant

Ok. This is a video blog of me and Adidas Action 3 Deodorant. We came way back. Yupe, way before it hits Malaysian shore. So, here's my short chronological video of me and Adidas Action 3 Deodorant. Wait, did I just repeat myself? Sorry, I was too excited watching my own video :p

The Craziest Project Alpha Blogger

Crazy! Crazy! These are the two first words from the opening song "Crazy" sang by Ash Nair that you'll hear when you are watching the Project Alpha video. Crazy is the right word to describe the current Project Alpha featured blogger that is on this week. It's non other than the infamous blogger from SixthSeal.com, Huai Bin.

Those of you who follow Huai Bin's blog will know that he used to do drugs. From designer drugs to heroin, which he also blog about he's usage of it. He went into rehab three times to kick of his drugs addiction. Finally in his 3rd time he successfully kick the habit after spending 1 and a half year in the rehabilitation center. From the video, he says that one can't even stand a day in rehab, and he's been in there for so long. That also explain his MIA from the blog scene during that time frame. Nicole, another Project Alpha blogger even did an interview with him for her column Blogged Out titled "Former drug blogger comes clean about his past" in The Star, Metro. He even got arrested for drugs possession. Now isn't that crazy? But he's come clean now. Drug free. If you want to listen to him telling the story catch it on Project Alpha. He also a fanatic for pain. I really don't know how many piercings and tattoos he has on or in his body. His wrist, tongue and even his nipples got piercing. His back and his hand got tattoo. He also like flammable stuff. He did experiment with petrol, kerosene, you name it. Maybe it's because it's influence by the pyrotechnics street show he saw at Gurney Drives when we were in Penang. You can see that in one of the episode in the ending credits you see him spitting out kerosene. My guess is that he's trying to perform one of the fire tricks.

He eats crazy stuff like live octopus and most recently dog meat when he was in Korea. When I was in Penang with him, even after each of us had 2 jugs of beer and were on the way to the hotel entrance after his friend dropped us back, he still can remember that we had planned to go eat Sup Torpedo (bull penis soup). The funny thing is, the day after, he totally forgot that he ever had Sup Torpedo.

We were pretty high on beer already.

So, if I say here that he's one of the craziest bloger yet that is in Project Alpha won't be to far fetched right? There were a lot of other crazy stuffs that is not proper to be blog about here :p

Who is BeutifulNara?

To be honest. I only got to know about BeautifulNara when I see the announcement of Project Alpha. From the name BeutifulNara.com, one would have thought that the blogger behind it will be a female. Wrong! It's actually blog by a very down to earth guy that is working as an accountant. He's name is Nazuwan.

Find out from Episode 1, why the name BeautifulNara. I'm not going to tell you here.

How the hell did I know whether he's a down to earth and work as an accountant? Even before I watch the episodes in Project Alpha and I don't read the blog, I already know. That is because I met the man himself. Yupe. Nazuwan my man. I was at the XBerry Party and I saw Nicole and Casey in Italiannies, then I went to say hello to them. Nazuwan was there to with them. Nicole and Casey were so nice to treat us some pepperoni pizza. Yummy.

At first I don't know who he was because he didn't introduce himself as "Hi, I'm Beautiful Nara wtf." He look kinda familiar, so then I asked him, "You're BeautifulNara right?" He said,"Yes." After the meal, I bumped into Nazuwan and his best friend Hilmi.

Why I say Nazuwan is a very down to earth guy? Well, he's very friendly and a bit shy in this kind of event. He saw some celebrity like Joe Flizzow, and wanted to take picture with him but do not dare. So, I, whom is a seasoned event camwhorer helped him to ask for a picture with Fizzoe and Rudy. LOL. Actually, Rudy knows me, so it's kind of easy. The next celebrity is Yasmin. I also helped to have our picture taken with her. Thanks Hilmi for being behind the camera. Oh, by the way, where's the pictures, tag me lah in FB? :p

David from Nuffnang then invited him to an after party in MOS and Nazuwan was so kind to ask me to tag along. So, the three of us went to party! Oh, he may be a bit shy with celebrity but he blogs a lot about celebrity gossip kekeke. He also has a very pretty girl friend. I heard from Hilmi that they are going to engaged soon. Congrats bro.
