Cerita Teh Tarik F&N

I was invited to the launch of Cerita Teh Tarik F&N, which is a new show that will be shown on TV3 every Thursday at 6 p.m hosted by actor,model and TV host Awal Ashaari. The show tell the stories of 7 distinguish Malaysian that excel in their own interest or field.

The first episode was aired on the launch date itself. Which was 29th April 2010. The 1st episode let us take a look at the life of Awal whom is a prominent B-boy dancer in Malaysia. Awal who together with Wakaka Crew won the “So You Think You Can Dance” competition. Not only that he is good in dancing but he also started B-boy dancing classes for kids.

He said many children are interested to learn B-boy dancing but there's no avenue for them to learn. This is why he started classes for children so that they can starts to learn at a young age. Unlike him whom have to learn it himself.

Other episodes that's going to be aired every Thursday 6 p.m. will featured interesting people like leading Malaysian rock band, Estranged; talented and artistic Malaysians such as brothers Ajis and Ronnie Mohammad who share a passion for painting (Ajis made it to the Malaysian Book of Records by completing a painting underwater), and the creators and talent behind Upin and Ipin.

There’s even an episode on the friendship between the members of a Malaysian RX8 Club, while another two episodes look at the love between a newly married couple and that of a mother who is reunited with her daughters after 50 long years.
